Ads Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end advertising campaigns across tri-media, out-of-home (OOH), digital platforms, and celebrity endorsements. Leads the Ads Section to drive brand awareness, growth, and cohesive campaign execution.

Competencies:

• Functional/Technical: Tri-media and OOH advertising, marketing administration.
• Managerial: Team supervision and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee OOH, TV, radio, print, and online advertising campaigns.
• Negotiate and process proposals and budgets for approval.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, malls, and talent managers.
• Manage permits, schedules, production, and delivery of ad materials.
• Supervise celebrity pictorials and special events from planning to execution.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and report results to executives.
