Ads Supervisor

Job Summary:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across tri-media, OOH, online, and celebrity endorsements.
• Build brand awareness and growth while supervising the Ads Section.

Competencies:

• Functional/Technical: Tri-media and OOH advertising, marketing administration.
• Managerial: Team supervision and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee OOH, TV, radio, print, and online advertising campaigns.
• Negotiate and process proposals and budgets for approval.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, malls, and talent managers.
• Manage permits, schedules, production, and delivery of ad materials.
• Supervise celebrity pictorials and special events from planning to execution.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and report results to executives.
