As an Adult Autism Systematic Skill Builder (SSB), you’ll help individuals grow their independence and confidence—just like spring brings new oppurtunties for new careers. Using evidence-based strategies, you’ll support participants in developing practical skills, from social interactions and daily living needs to advanced abilities like cooking or navigating public transportation. Guided by a personalized Skill Building Plan (SBP), you’ll set meaningful goals and create pathways for progress.
