Adult Clinician - Milford CBHC



Riverside is seeking a passionate Adult Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team in Milford! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!



In this vital role, the Adult Clinician will:


+ provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program

+ facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry

+ will develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all of the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer
