What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will be responsible for triaging initial referrals into the service, offering information and advice and signposting individuals to alternative services such as the voluntary sector. You will complete Care Act assessments and create support plans, source care packages when required and triage Staffordshire Children Advice and Support Service (SCAS) referrals while undertaking safeguarding enquiries.
