8 hour/10 hour/14 hour shifts at the level III NICU at Aurora BayCare Medical Center-Green Bay. 

An 18-bed unit with 6 overflow beds, allowing for 24 bed capacity. Management utilizing Conventional ventilation/ High frequency ventilation/ Nitric oxide. We do not perform Ecmo or surgeries onsight. We do have a (ground) neonatal transport team and average about 25-30 transports per year. Attendance at high risk deliveries with a delivery service averaging 125-180 deliveries/month. Providing resuscitation for infants 22 0/7 and greater in collaboration with Maternal-fetal medicine.
