Advanced Associate, Content Quality Assurance

**Job Description**



The Advanced Associate conducts structured QA reviews with growing independence, checking clarity, accuracy, and basic functionality of content. This role identifies routine issues, recommends straightforward corrections, and maintains organized documentation. The Advanced Associate collaborates with cross functional partners, troubleshoots simple discrepancies, and escalates complex or uncertain issues.

+ Perform assigned QA checks using detailed instructions and test plans in collaboration with internal testers and offshore vendors

+ Conduct accessibility reviews based on established WCAG criteria
