The Associate Engagement & Development Coordinator provides high-quality operational, communications, and project support to the Associate Engagement & Development Manager and the Associate Communication & Engagement Lead.
This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in engagement, communications, and project delivery. It plays a vital part in helping shape the experience of Pearson's global Associate community by ensuring key initiatives run smoothly, communications are executed effectively, and data is captured accurately to support our commitment to continuous improvement.
Working from Manila, this role contributes to the end-to-end management of Associate engagement activities, communications, training materials, and operational deliverables, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution.
