About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BIM Coordinator to build and develop their career with our Advanced BIM Team working on award-winning projects in our Wellington studio.

Responsibilities

• Managing the BIM and 3D Revit coordination processes for multiple BIM projects
• Coordinate project BIM deliverables, Revit design models and project documentation
• Perform model audits, uncovering issues / potential building clashes and report to the project team leaders
• Be the first port of call for BIM questions in the studio
• Assist with studio training as directed by studio BIM Managers
• Conduct onsite laser scanning, assist with modelling and conversion, and communicate relevant information with the project team
