We are an innovative GP training practice seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. Applications are welcomed from both Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) and Paramedic Practitioners.

You will work autonomously within a total digital triage model, managing acute and long-term conditions, supporting the on-call GP, and contributing to service development in a forward-thinking practice.
