Responsibilities and Duties
The aim of the position is to handle inquiries about our loyalty program that cannot be answered directly by our customer service by telephone and in writing. In this context, appropriate checks must be carried out in the various systems (Clarify, Techsee, etc.) and, if necessary, appropriate IT tickets must be created and, if necessary, the customers must be notified in writing or by telephone. The employee solves the inquiries that arise competently and on his or her own responsibility. Each request is analyzed in a structured manner and solutions are developed independently.
