Overview
 综述: PA & Polyester Product Developer
 Responsibilities 职责: 
The successful candidate will develop new products for PA and Polyester product lines and collaborate with cross functional teams globally to commercialize these products.
Work with external and internal customers to translate functional requirements to product requirements.
Use a variety of sources and ideation techniques to develop new technology concepts that enable new product properties as well as applications.
Develop new product formulations and characterize for mechanical, thermal and other properties.
Work closely with other R&D teams, commercial, and manufacturing teams to accelerate technology commercialization.
Develop and establish intellectual property through filing of patents and documenting trade secrets.
