**Job Responsibilities**

+ Perform complex installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on GE MR systems at customer sites.
+ Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for MR equipment.
+ Provide advanced technical training and support to junior field engineers and customer staff on MR system operation and maintenance.
+ Manage service calls and schedules efficiently, prioritizing urgent issues and ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
+ Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
