Job Description Summary
Advanced Field Engineer for Durban South Africa will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer’s equipment and driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. He/She will also develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives.
Key Responsibilities Advanced, total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair on designated equipment.
Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow‑up.
Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, and ensure timely administrative completion, including FMIs and PMS inspections.
Maintain tools and test equipment properly and calibrated.
