Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with deep technical expertise in dip brazing processes to support production, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of process knowledge, equipment setup and commissioning experience, and disciplined technical documentation, and is comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Dip Brazing Process Ownership

+ Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for aluminum dip brazing processes, including fluxing, furnace operation, and post-braze handling
+ Define, optimize, and maintain brazing parameters to ensure consistent quality, throughput, and metallurgical integrity
+ Troubleshoot brazing defects (e.g., voids, leaks, distortion, incomplete braze, oxidation)
