About The Role

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Advanced Nurses or Clinical Practitioners to join our Out of Hours (OOH) service, providing vital face‑to‑face patient care at various Primary Care Centres throughout Surrey. This role offers the opportunity to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, supporting patients when they need it most, outside of regular GP hours.

You will be working within a multidisciplinary team, managing urgent and acute primary care presentations. Our service is committed to delivering patient‑focused care with clinical autonomy and professional support, empowering you to practice at the top of your license.
