About the Role
A unique opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Pharmacist to join Waikato Hospital in the role of Advanced Pharmacist Emergency Department. This role will lead the establishment and embedding of clinical pharmacy services within the Emergency Department, contributing to medicines safety, quality improvement, and effective patient flow in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
You will provide advanced clinical pharmacy care to patients presenting to ED, supporting time-critical decision-making and optimising medicines management for complex and high-risk presentations. You will work closely with Emergency Medicine clinicians, nursing staff, and the wider multidisciplinary team....
