Job Description

Interface to sales & PM and attend new project kick off meeting & related project meeting.
Follow the new projects till transfer from Flow3 to Flow5.
Work out Purchasing BOM list for new project. Then prepare raw material in advance.
Actively Participate in the Project Reviews and Design Reviews. 
Maintain and track Project Timing for PC&L deliverables. 
Make sure all related PC&L stipulations are in line with the company policies and there are no missing information. 
Create PFEP, MFP, Logistics Plan, Ordering Plan, Inventory Plan, etc..
Upload and maintain Master Part Data into MRP/ERP system 
Develop a production ramp up plan 
Develop a Production Plan and prepare Manufacturing Schedule. 
Validate scheduling and pull system of suppliers to satisfy manufacturing requirements in advance of SOP 
Develop and execute the PC&L portion of the change implementation plan.
