**Job Summary:**

**ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG)** is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate **Advanced Practice Provider (APP)** — either a **Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)** — to join our **Wound Care** team in Toledo, OH.

+ Monday – Friday day shift schedule
+ No weekends, holidays, or call obligations
+ Provide treatment in both inpatient and ambulatory settings
+ Team of 11 APP’s with a very structured onboarding and training
