Advanced Project Engr

Effectively leads a global, cross-functional Technical NPI team to ensure On Time Delivery per Committed Schedule, meeting Milestone Fidelity, Yield, and Quality and Cost expectations to achieve overall success of the assigned projects.

+ Single point of ownership and accountability for assigned projects; New Product Introduction (NPI), Value Engineering (VE) and Component Engineering (CE) projects.
+ Excellent communication skills at all levels, establishing the effective co-working team with key global stakeholders, functional leaders and team members. Leads the co-working team to update project progress on daily basis, maintaining visual reports for project tracking and management.
+ Effectively utilizes Six Sigma Methodology, Lean concepts and PMO MOS tools (i.e. Accolade, Jira, MS Project) and concepts to maximize efficiency and quality.
