Job Description (JD) 

• Lead quality planning activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and automation projects 
• Act as the key quality representative during project development, from design to mass production 
• Develop and implement APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and quality documentation 
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, Process, and Manufacturing teams to ensure product and process quality readiness
