Your Job
We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated Design AQP (Quality) Engineer to join our automotive team. This role focuses on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and design quality assurance in compliance with IATF, VDA, ISO 9001, and BMW CSR requirements. The engineer will ensure product quality from the design phase, bridging the gap between concept and manufacturable, reliable products.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage APQP project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement).
Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on project goals.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies (AIAG-VDA FMEA).
Oversee DFMEA creation and maintenance.
Ensure complete and accurate AQP documentation.
Report project status internally and externally.
