Advanced R&D Engr/Scientist

Job description:



- Identify and research on new technologies in electronic materials, thermal management, electronic packaging, display, etc. to support the growth opportunities.

- Participates in customer engagements to understand and analyze market needs. Generate and execute the proof-of-concept plans to quick verify technical feasibility.

- Design and conduct lab experiments to formulate new products. Lead the necessary internal and external communications to build technology platform for new product exploration.

- Collect information of competitors, end users and industries, monitor technology trends and make analysis/proposals for counteraction.

- Work with global / local commercial and production team on product development and customer support activities

- Cross-functions communications on projects
