Job Description
Overview
综述:确保下述所有的可靠性计划都严格按照4项核心原则(SQRE)执行:
预防性维修
进行设备维修，包括故障根本原因分析
和生产协作，主动解决可靠性问题
Responsibilities 职责:
负责日常维护生产设备，确保生产过程能满足4项基本原则
体现对4项核心原则的支持，执行在SQRE中对应的具体角色和职责
这些工作内容在工厂安全、可靠性及质量计划中都有概述
工作内容记录在巡视检查表等
监控生产过程和设备的异常情况
根据计划完成日常的设备调整和维修活动，并完成预防性维护
和生产一起合作，了解基础的故障原因，或当故障原因/机理不明时进行分析
公司安排的其他工作任务
Qualifications 要求:
3年以上生产线设备维护维修经验，1年挤出机设备或精细化工行业相关经验优先
技术学校或以上学历，机电或相关专业
持有电工证和焊接证
对于安全/质量/环境保护有高度意识
具备责任心及团队协作精神，良好的沟通能力
身体健康，可适应12小时倒班工作
