A one‑year clinical fellowship position is being offered at The University of Manitoba in the Department of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/BMT at CancerCare Manitoba (CCMB), commencing July 2027. The fellowship focuses on advanced training in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/BMT which will encompass a wide variety of diagnoses, including both non‑malignant and malignant hematologic disorders, solid tumours, and advanced treatment modalities such as stem cell therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted inhibitors of cellular pathways.
