Role Overview About the team: The Advertiser Experience team ensures that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content is a core value at TikTok. The Global Monetization Integrity (MI) team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. As Advertiser Experience (AdEx) and Training Program Manager, you will act as the AdEx PoC for the regional GBS teams, providing dedicated integrity support. You will own and drive engagement with specific stakeholders, have oversight of regional specific challenges and opportunities and lead the design of solutions/approaches to address them. You will be responsible for elevating the role of AdEx from that of a service provider to a value provider.
