Advertising Media Buying (Full-Time, Remote)

Neon Growth is a global boutique advertising agency that helps fast-growing U.S. brands scale through paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Reddit. We’re a remote team of 30+ marketers, media buyers, creatives, and analysts working across the U.S., Philippines, Canada, and Europe.

The Role

We’re looking for 4-6 Media Buyers to join our February training cohort .

You’ll be trained to:

• Launch and manage real ad campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Google
• Analyze ad performance data to uncover insights and patterns
• Test creative concepts, targeting, and funnel strategies
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and customer acquisition
