We're looking for a detail-oriented
Advertising Operations Coordinator
to support the execution of audio and digital media campaigns. This role is highly process-driven and plays a critical part in making sure campaigns launch correctly, partner information is accurate, and media plans are properly tracked.
You'll work closely with traffic leads and external media partners, handling contact outreach, script adaptation, campaign setup, and delivery tracking. If you enjoy structured work, spreadsheets, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, this role is a great fit.
