Role Objective

Drive qualified business opportunities and revenue growth for Envicion Studio by identifying, engaging, and converting property developer clients, while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the overall sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Identify and approach potential property developer clients across Malaysia
• Build and maintain a strong prospect database
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking

• Qualify leads based on project readiness and budget potential

• Client Engagement and Relationship Building

• Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations

• Understand client marketing challenges and project needs
• Build long-term relationships with key decision makers

• Position Envicion as a strategic marketing partner
