Job Description

To provide expert advice, strategic support, and guidance in embedding the financial advisory philosophy and framework across the full product suite. This job enables front‑line sales teams including Money Managers, Financial Advisors, and Wealth Managers to deliver high‑quality, compliant advice that meets client needs, aligns with business objectives, and adheres to FAIS requirements.

Develop insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements to the financial advisory philosophy and environment. Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes. Ensure financial advisory philosophy is understood and efficiently adopted through coaching and mentoring front‑line sales roles.
