Advice Member Experience Consultant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Financial Advice team at Mercer. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Advice Member Experience Consultant

• Working in a fast paced dynamic team environment providing general advice to super fund members.
• Refers members to advice teams as appropriate.

We will count on you to:

• Triage of intra-fund opportunities to members of superannuation funds administered by Mercer within 2 days of receiving referral;
• Have broad conversations, which identify member’s financial needs.
• Meet members advice needs for their superannuation through
  • the provision of General Advice or
  • book them for a meeting with an Intra Fund Adviser or
  • refer members to comprehensive advice teams where they have their needs outside their superannuation met
