As Advice Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring our advice services are delivered to high quality standards with a strong focus on Welfare Benefits and Energy and client care. You will lead, motivate and support staff to deliver quality services, helping the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives . You will support and provide cover for Team Leaders of other subject areas, and will also work in our City Centre Hub supporting advice through face to face, telephone and digital channels.
