Advisor, Business & Data Analysis

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business & Data Analyst to support a strategic, enterprise-wide transformation of the end‑to‑end client financial workflow. This role will serve as a senior analytical leader within the program, responsible for driving business requirements, end‑to‑end process redesign, data insights, and analytical solutions that modernize legacy processes and enable automation, AI-driven capabilities, and a modern technology ecosystem.

The Lead Business & Data Analyst will work closely with the Director of Program Delivery, cross-functional business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the program delivers measurable business value, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced data-driven decision-making.
