As a Business advisor, you help maintain business relationships with members and clients. You handle complex insolvency files to maximize account recovery and minimize bad debt losses. You negotiate with internal and external partners and practitioners up to your discretionary limit in accordance with current practices. You drive results by analyzing delinquent accounts, trying to identify businesses at risk of financial difficulty and preventing potential bad debt losses. You perform moderately complex technical tasks involving data validation and management. You balance sound and prudent risk management, profitability and member/client satisfaction. You analyze businesses’ financial positions and help develop and implement personalized solutions. You advise and assist members and clients.
