Overview

Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. We operate GO Transit and UP Express, administer the PRESTO fare payment system, and are building new rapid transit projects and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system. This role is part of the Marketing/Digital Strategy & CRM team.

Location

In‑office position based at 10 Bay Street.

Position

Contract Advisor, UX/UI – 12‑month, full‑time contract. You will design and improve user‑centered digital experiences, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs while using UX research and data to guide decisions.

What I’ll Be Doing

• Design intuitive, user‑friendly digital experiences from concept to final designs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (low to high fidelity)
• Run UX research and usability testing (interviews, A/B testing) to inform design decisions
