Job Summary
Design, deliver and optimize sales training programs across our global sales organization. Partner closely with sales managers, marketing and enablement teams to ensure the salesforce is equipped with the skills, knowledge and tools to drive performance and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
L&D Expert Consultation: Provide expert advice on best practices and strategies for learning and development that lead to shaping seller behavior change, optimizing training investment, and creating business impact. Advise on learning paths for different sales roles (e.g. B2B business consultant, retail business consultant, sales managers, BDRs).
Global Sales Program Design and Delivery: Design global sales training framework, standard sales curriculum, global skills assessment and learning programs tailored for the different regions and businesses in the sales communi...
