In this role, you will lead and manage high-impact projects within the talent management space, including career development, mentorship, and enhancements to existing programs. You will act as a true strategist, driving initiatives that elevate the employee experience and strengthen our global talent practices. This position requires a curious, analytical thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to influence across BRP.
