Advisor, Health Safety and Wellbeing

We're looking for a dedicated Advisor Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) to join our friendly, focussed, and supportive HSW team in our People and Culture Group. This permanent, full‑time role is based in our office in Cuba Mall, Wellington.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you will support the management of health, safety and wellbeing within Greater Wellington. You will be actively involved in ensuring Greater Wellington has systems and processes to be compliant with current best practice by implementing HSW practices and initiatives. On a day‑to‑day basis you will monitor the HSW system, provide advice on risk management, contribute to programmes of work and support regular reporting.
