Role Purpose 

Guide the company's transition from a fast‑growing diagnostics business into a tech-enabled, high-engagement consumer health platform.

Build sustainable moats across data, AI-driven personalisation, consumer trust, and an integrated omnichannel delivery model to strengthen long-term platform economicsKey Outcome Areas:  
Grow Engagement:  Drive MAU (Monthly Active Users) / DAU (Daily Active Users), through habit-forming health interactions, personalised nudges, and consistent value beyond test transactions. 
Increase Repeat Usage:  Improve 12-month repeat testing rates via targeted life-cycle journeys, smoother user experiences, and timely health reminders. 
Shift Mix to Preventive Care:  Grow preventive and wellness test adoption by shaping consumer behaviour and strengthening preventive-health propositions.
