Advisor in Benefits and Well-Being

Elevate employee wellness at Solotech as a Benefits and Well-Being Advisor. You'll develop impactful benefits programs across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

In this role, reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you will lead annual renewal activities and analyze the effectiveness of benefits programs. Your expertise will guide HR teams, managers, and partners in program governance and enhancement. This includes collaborating with external consultants and ensuring competitive market positioning for the benefits offered by Solotech.
