Advisor/ Sr. Advisor - AI for Science (ADMET Intelligence)

What You Will Do

• Drive drug discovery programs by developing and applying innovative AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists to connect computational predictions with lab experiments; support hypothesis testing and iterate between modeling and experimental results.
• Lead development of scientific foundation models integrating molecular design and biological data to enable decision-making across the drug discovery pipeline.
• Publish findings in top-tier venues and represent Lilly within the AI4Science community.
• Partner with MLOps and Data Engineering to transition prototypes into scalable tools; learn guidelines for reusable, reliable AI/ML solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computational Chemistry, Computational Biology, Physics, or a Scientific field.
• First-author publications in high-impact journals or top-tier ML conferences...
