Position SummaryReimagine the next generation of drug discovery at Lilly using AI/ML at the intersection of chemistry and biology.
Geography is flexible.What You Will DoDrive drug discovery programs by developing and applying innovative AI/ML models.Collaborate with experimental scientists to connect computational predictions with laboratory experiments; support hypothesis testing and iterate between modeling and experimental results.Lead scientific foundation models integrating molecular design and biological data to support decision-making across the drug discovery pipeline.Publish in top‐tier venues and represent Lilly in the global AI4Science community.Work with MLOps and Data Engineering partners to transition prototypes into scalable tools and build reusable, reliable AI/ML solutions.Minimum QualificationsPhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computational Chemistry/Biology, Physics, or a related scientific field.First‐author publications in high‐impact jo...
