Advisory Quality Assurance/Governance Sr Manager

The Advisory Quality Senior Manager leads end-to-end quality governance for the Advisory practice, driving delivery excellence, risk management, and information security compliance across engagements. This role partners with delivery leaders and global stakeholders to strengthen quality frameworks, mature the Quality Management System (QMS), and ensure alignment with CMMI, ISMS, SOC2, and other regulatory standards. The position serves as the central quality leader, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee quality governance across Advisory engagements

• Drive organizational CMMI V2.0 Level 5 implementation and sustainment

• Ensure compliance with ISMS, SOC2, ISO 27001, and other regulatory frameworks
