Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find what they need with a friends first mindset.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• You assist the team in getting the job done.
• You do the right thing and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
