Operational

Develop and design architectural plans and solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.

Create detailed drawings and models using architectural software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with other project elements.

Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that designs are completed on schedule and within budget.

Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and address feedback.

Consider creative solutions in designs that would reduce manpower requirements, cost, and/or time.

Ensure the timely delivery of IFC Issued for Construction drawings inline to deliverable log and project plan.
