As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you will bring our brand to life, utilizing the AEO Selling Model to connect with customers and meet their needs. You are an enthusiastic team player skilled in sales, problem-solving, and creating brand loyalty. Your flexibility will allow you to work in all areas of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping journey for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use the AEO Selling Model to assist guests
• Suggest and educate on AE & Aerie products
• Introduce the loyalty program effectively
• Assist in various roles including fitting rooms and stockroom
• Proactively resolve customer inquiries
Requirements:
• Love for engaging with people
• Previous retail experience is a plus
