We are currently seeking experienced pilots to join our team for the upcoming 2026 season and beyond.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a pilot at Conair, you will be part of a dynamic team, using your skills to protect communities from wildfires. We offer a supportive environment focused on safety, teamwork, and personal growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a valid CDNATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
• Able to obtain a Canadian Category 1 Medical.
• Minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• At least 250 hours of flying in mountainous terrain.
• Recent flying experience within the last 12 months.

For Seaplane or Tailwheel Aircraft positions:

• 500 hours PIC on seaplane in a commercial operation.
