Become the friendly face of Aerie as a part-time Brand Ambassador in Waterloo, ON! Your mission is to provide guests with outstanding shopping experiences and brand passion.
Working at Aerie's Conestoga Mall, you will be committed to engaging customers and promoting brand loyalty. You will learn the AEO Selling Model to support guest needs and ensure each individual's visit is enjoyable. Flexibility in different store roles is crucial as you assist in building the Aerie community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate on product features and recommendations
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program
• Work collaboratively across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Actively resolve guest concerns prioritizing their happiness
