Overview

Perform abrasive blasting using nickel oxide on metal components according to work instructions and specifications. Set up blasting equipment, adjust pressure and media flow to achieve required surface profile and cleanliness. Verify the blasting surface finish according to the requirement. Collect and segregate the used blasting media for disposal according to schedule waste requirement.

Tack Weld

Performing spot weld resistance welding to temporarily hold the metal sheet and honeycomb for brazing process. Set up and operate the spot welding including managing the consumable required such as electrode and copper sheet. Produce spot weld that meets specified requirement and can hold for brazing process. Perform basic inspection on the spot weld quality.

Brazing
