Aero Alliance Medium Term Planner

**Job Description Summary**
The Medium-Term Planner will be responsible to implement and maintain shop scheduling, taking into account different inputs coming from shop master scheduling, shop capacity, supply chain, and customer needs ensuring the execution of the plan, escalating roadblocks and reporting KPIs/RCAs to Material & Planning team.
She/He will report to Avenza Shop Master Scheduler, within the Material & Planning team, in the Avenza Shop organization. The role will be based on-site for 100% of the time

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Cooperate to define shop production schedule in accordance with Schedule Attainment process (SA) for exits and ensuring feasibility in terms of shop capacity.
+ Involvement in DMS tier 2 as focal point for delivery and lead planning meetings within shop and supply chain to review execution and SA plans.
